Hospital Policies

  • We can only legally dispense or provide medications, prescriptions and vaccinations to current patients.  A current patient is one who has been seen for an exam with a veterinarian at Uptown Animal Hospital within the past year.
  • We do not tolerate physical or verbal abuse.
  • There is video surveillance throughout the premises for our clients, patients, and team safety.
  • Clients who do not show for their scheduled appointment of any type may have a non-refundable charge in advance prior to booking with us again.
  • Special order food, prescriptions, and items may have a non-refundable charge in advance of ordering. These items may have a 7 to 10 business day turn around – please order in well in advance.
  • Medications are non-refundable after they have left the clinic.
  • As an option if you are a current client, your pet may be seen for a booster vaccine exam with one of our registered veterinary technicians, there is still a paid fee for this service.
