We can only legally dispense or provide medications, prescriptions and vaccinations to current patients. A current patient is one who has been seen for an exam with a veterinarian at Uptown Animal Hospital within the past year.
We do not tolerate physical or verbal abuse.
There is video surveillance throughout the premises for our clients, patients, and team safety.
Clients who do not show for their scheduled appointment of any type may have a non-refundable charge in advance prior to booking with us again.
Special order food, prescriptions, and items may have a non-refundable charge in advance of ordering. These items may have a 7 to 10 business day turn around – please order in well in advance.
Medications are non-refundable after they have left the clinic.
As an option if you are a current client, your pet may be seen for a booster vaccine exam with one of our registered veterinary technicians, there is still a paid fee for this service.
